01Agreement to these terms

By using cranefinanceonline.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy and Disclosures. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to submit a loan request.

02What the Site is — and is not

The Site provides general information about Crane Finance loans and a loan-request form that forwards your request to lenders in our network. We are not a lender, broker, credit-repair organization or agent of Crane Lending, LLC. We do not make credit decisions, set rates, fund loans or service accounts. Any loan you receive is governed solely by the agreement between you and the lender. Information on the Site is for general purposes and is not legal, financial or tax advice.

03Loan requests

• Submitting a request is not an application for credit with any specific lender and does not guarantee an offer, an amount, a rate or a funding time.
• You certify that the information you provide is accurate and yours, and you authorize us to send it to lenders in our network and to let them contact you by phone, text or email about your request. Consent to marketing texts or calls is not a condition of any loan, and you can withdraw it at any time.
• Lenders may verify your identity and income and obtain reports from alternative-credit or consumer-reporting agencies, as described in their own disclosures.
• We never charge a fee to submit a request. Never pay anyone claiming to be us or Crane Finance a fee to release funds.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to: submit false or someone else's information; use bots, scrapers or automated tools to access the Site or copy its content; attempt to interfere with the Site's security or operation; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for violations.

05Content and intellectual property

Text, design, graphics and code on the Site are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read and print pages for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. "Crane Finance" is a trade name of Crane Lending, LLC; it and other lender names are used only to identify the lenders discussed, and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

06Third-party sites

Links to cranefinance.com, paynow.cranefinance.com, settlement.cranefinance.com, regulators, courts, review sites and other lenders are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

07Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep information accurate and dated, but lenders change terms without notice and we make no warranty that the Site is error-free, current, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. Where a page conflicts with a lender's agreement or disclosures, the lender's documents control.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from a loan you obtain from a third-party lender, reliance on Site content, or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

09Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute with us will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, unless applicable law gives you the right to sue elsewhere. These Terms do not affect any dispute you may have with a lender, which is governed by that lender's agreement (Crane Lending, LLC's agreement, for example, applies Menominee tribal law and an arbitration clause).

10Changes and contact
