About Crane Finance Online
We explain Crane Finance loans the way we'd want them explained to us — every rate, cutoff and complaint sourced and dated — and we connect people who need more than $1,500 with other lenders in our network. Here's who we are and how we work.
What Crane Finance Online does
Plain-English explanations
Rates, fees, funding cutoffs, payment rules and legal risks in words you'd use with a friend — not the lender's marketing and not a wall of fine print.
Every number sourced
Each page ends with its sources and a check date. When Crane Finance changes a fee or a cutoff, the page changes — and the date tells you how fresh it is.
Options beyond $1,500
Crane Finance lends $100–$1,500. Our loan-request form reaches lenders offering $200–$5,000, so you can compare a real offer before you commit to the most expensive one.

Four rules behind every page
Fees, cutoffs, hours and requirements come from cranefinance.com pages, quoted with the URL and the date we read them.
Lawsuits from PACER dockets, licensing status from state regulators (e.g. Washington DFI), complaint counts from the BBB and CFPB database.
We read Trustpilot and BBB reviews for patterns — APR figures, payment schedules, support outages — and flag what's typical versus one-off.
Every page shows its last verification date. Something out of date? Email us and we'll re-verify within a few business days.
Paid by lenders, never by you
When you submit a loan request through this site and a lender in our network makes you an offer, that lender may pay us a referral fee. That's our only revenue. It never changes your rate, and it never changes what we write about Crane Finance.
What we do
- Pass your request to lenders who can actually serve your state and amount
- Show Crane Finance's real costs next to cheaper alternatives, including credit unions
- Tell you when a page's facts were last checked and link the source
- Reply to corrections and update the page
What we never do
- Charge a fee to apply, "unlock" or "release" a loan — anyone asking is a scammer
- Make loans or credit decisions ourselves
- Sell your contact details to anyone outside the lender network you asked us to reach
- Hide a lawsuit, complaint or regulator alert because a lender pays us
